Am scheduled to have outpatient surgery on Thursday to have my medi port REMOVED! That is a good thing! Although the idea of another surgery isn't what I call something to look forward to, it'll be nice not to have this big lump protruding from my chest. I have not started radiation yet, don't know what the hold up is.
I want to start, so I can finish!! Life seems to be shifting a little now that I am feeling better. I still get very fatigued, but certainly less and less each day. Patience seems to be the key word in recovery, and life in general.
Yeah!... Tonight is American Idol night! It doesn't take much to entertain me.
